Topkapı Meeting Room allows you to organize events for 30 people in U-shape and classroom-style seating, 36 people with a long table seating for conferences, 40 people with banquets, 50 people in theatre-style seating, and 60 people for cocktail organizations at a historical yet central location in the heart of old Istanbul. Also, you can enjoy our catering service to add coffee and snack breaks to your event.
Basilica Meeting Room
Basilica Meeting Room is the perfect option to organize your smaller-scale events at a central and easily reachable location with a remarkable historical atmosphere. The room’s seating can be organized in different ways to provide space for various groups; 12 people in classroom-style seating, 15 people in U-style seating, 14 people in long table seating, 20 people in banquet and cocktail style organizations, and 30 people in theatre-style seating. Besides that, Basilica Meeting Room and Topkapı Meeting Room can be merged together in order to create a bigger space for larger-scale events for 45 people in U-style seating, 50 people in long table seating, 55 people in classroom-style seating, 60 people in banquet seating, 80 people in theatre-style seating, and 90 people in a cocktail-style arrangement. Basilica Meeting Room is equipped with all facilities that you may need in your events such as a sound system, CD player, flipchart, projector, laser pointer, inline/outline telephone, microphone systems, Internet TV, whiteboard, and free wifi for all your guests during the event. Yaşmak Meeting Room will answer all your and your guests’ needs in every kind of event you organize. Facilities like sound system, CD player, flipchart, projector, laser pointer, inline/outline telephone, microphone systems, Internet TV, whiteboard, and free wifi for all your guests will satisfy all of your multimedia needs while the location of the meeting room, which is in our sister hotel, Yaşmak Sultan, provide your guests with an easily accessible meeting hall surrounded with the unique historical atmosphere of the historical peninsula. Yasmak Meeting Room can be used in events of various scales. Thanks to its flexibility, Yasmak Meeting Room can host up to 12 people in classroom-style, U-style, and banquet-style seating arrangements, 16 people with long table seating, 20 people in a cocktail-style arrangement, and 30 people in theater-style seating. Also, the catering service of our hotel can be used in order to offer your guests coffee, tea, or snacks during your event.
